A Tulsa man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the production of child pornography. The U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson announced that Gregory Miller, aged 56, received a sentence of 360 months imprisonment from U.S. District Judge John F. Heil, III. In addition to his prison term, Miller will face lifetime supervised release and must pay a $15,000 fine. He is also prohibited from having any contact with the victim and will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release.
The case began in February 2024 when law enforcement executed a search warrant at Miller’s residence and seized several electronic devices. These devices contained images and videos of an eight-year-old child known to Miller in sexually explicit poses, taken at his home.
Miller remains in custody while awaiting transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations along with the Tulsa Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Ashley Robert and Christopher J. Nassar prosecuted the case.
This prosecution is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse nationwide by coordinating efforts across federal, state, and local levels to apprehend offenders and rescue victims.
