Three individuals have been indicted on multiple felony charges related to human trafficking, following an investigation by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics human trafficking unit. The Multi-County Grand Jury unsealed the indictment today, alleging that Leslie Ann Brown, 48, Brandi Ann Nicole McDaniels, 33, and Anderson Byron Walker, 49, exploited several victims for commercial sex in both Oklahoma and Missouri.

The charges against the three include conspiracy to commit human trafficking for commercial sex, human trafficking for commercial sex, transporting persons for prostitution, and acquiring proceeds from illegal activity. According to the indictment, between April and July of this year, Brown, McDaniels and Walker allegedly recruited victims through deception and coercion. They are accused of transporting these individuals to motels in Oklahoma City and Kansas City, Missouri; creating advertisements for commercial sex; controlling victims’ communications with clients; setting prices; and collecting proceeds from their activities.

Attorney General Gentner Drummond commented on the indictments: “Human trafficking destroys lives and tears apart the fabric of our communities. Those who profit from this evil will be held accountable, and my office will relentlessly pursue these predators and fight to bring justice to every victim.”

In addition to the joint charges with Brown and McDaniels, Walker faces a separate count of human trafficking for commercial sex involving another victim between June 2024 and February 2025.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
