Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond has added a new suspect to his 10 Most Wanted list. The initiative seeks public assistance in locating fugitives wanted for serious crimes.

The latest addition is Cazares, who is accused of killing 25-year-old Eriyon Tecson in Jenks on December 7. According to police, Cazares was driving with a female passenger when his vehicle struck and killed Tecson. He initially told authorities that the incident was accidental and occurred after Tecson stepped in front of his car. Police reported that Cazares showed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech and the smell of alcohol. He was arrested for manslaughter but released soon after posting a $50,000 bond.

Subsequent surveillance footage from Jenks High School reportedly contradicted Cazares’ account. The video allegedly shows Tecson approaching the vehicle from a distance before being hit by Cazares, who then accelerated and struck her again, ultimately trapping her under the car. Investigators also learned from Cazares’ passenger that both she and Cazares had misled law enforcement.

On December 9, the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office charged Cazares with first degree murder after he failed to appear for arraignment.

Attorney General Drummond announced a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading directly to Cazares’ capture. “I urge any individual with information on Cazares’ whereabouts to contact our agency,” Drummond said. “Eriyon Tecson suffered a brutal and horrifying death. It is important that he be accountable for his alleged actions.”

The 10 Most Wanted list was launched in September 2024 as an effort to highlight violent fugitives and involve the public in their apprehension. Since its inception, authorities have featured individuals wanted for offenses such as murder, rape, and drug trafficking. More details are available at the Attorney General’s 10 Most Wanted page.
