A Muskogee resident has pleaded guilty to a federal firearms charge. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Justin Janae Stancle, 34, entered a guilty plea to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. This offense carries a potential sentence of up to fifteen years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
