Sergio Alejandro Olivas-Robledo, a 37-year-old Mexican national, has been sentenced to time served for unlawful reentry into the United States. The sentencing took place in Muskogee, Oklahoma, according to an announcement from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

Olivas-Robledo pleaded guilty on November 10, 2025. Investigators reported that he was found in McIntosh County, Oklahoma on September 28, 2025, without authorization to reenter the country after having previously been removed twice—on September 11, 2008 and January 15, 2009.

The case was investigated by U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office. It falls under Operation Take Back America, which is a national initiative focused on countering illegal immigration and organized crime by combining resources from various Department of Justice programs.

“The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office.”

The hearing was presided over by Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jarrod Leaman prosecuted the case.
