Longino Ramirez Ramos, a 51-year-old Mexican national residing unlawfully in Adair County, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful reentry of a removed alien. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced the plea, noting that Ramos faces up to two years in prison and a possible fine of up to $250,000.

The case resulted from an investigation conducted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division along with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. According to the indictment, Ramos was found in the United States on December 3, 2025, without having obtained permission from the Secretary of Homeland Security after being previously removed on four separate occasions: May 5, 2010; February 14, 2011; October 17, 2019; and February 7, 2020.

This prosecution is part of Operation Take Back America. The initiative uses resources from the Department of Justice to address illegal immigration and combat transnational criminal organizations.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Ramos’s plea and ordered a presentence investigation report. Sentencing will be determined by a U.S. District Court Judge who will consider federal sentencing guidelines as well as other statutory factors.

Ramos remains in custody with the United States Marshals Service while awaiting sentencing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacob R. Parker represented the government in this matter.
