Tyrone Noble, 58, has pleaded guilty to a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. This offense carries a potential penalty of up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
The indictment against Noble detailed that he was found with a 12-gauge shotgun and five rounds of ammunition on December 2, 2024. At the time, he had previously been convicted of an offense punishable by more than one year in prison.

A U.S. District Court Judge will decide Noble’s sentence after reviewing the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other relevant factors. Until then, Noble remains in custody under the United States Marshals Service.
