Joshua Devn Page, a 34-year-old resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of firearms. The charge carries a potential sentence of up to fifteen years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The indictment against Page detailed that he knowingly possessed two firearms on December 18, 2024. This occurred after he had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Henryetta Police Department, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police Department.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Page’s plea in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He ordered a presentence investigation report to be completed.
A U.S. District Court Judge will later determine Page’s sentence based on the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Until sentencing is finalized, Page will remain under the custody of the United States Marshals Service.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jonathan E. Soverly and Emily Wittlinger represented the prosecution in this case.
