United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the January Federal Grand Jury 2025-B indictments. The indictments include several individuals charged with alleged violations of federal law. These charges must be proven in court beyond a reasonable doubt, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Marco Demon Campbell, 43, and Harold Eddie Davis, 78, both from Tulsa, have been indicted on multiple charges. Campbell is accused of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute and possessing firearms while trafficking drugs. Both Campbell and Davis are charged with maintaining a residence for drug distribution. Campbell also faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Tulsa Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jessica Wright and Mike Flesher are prosecuting the case.
Genesis Pinacho Catemaxca, 30, of Tulsa, is facing two counts of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute. She is also charged with carrying a firearm during drug trafficking activities in October 2025 and possessing one in January 2026 related to drug trafficking offenses. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Tulsa Resident Office worked alongside the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office in this investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Nasar is prosecuting.
Jacob Lee Crain, 28, of Tulsa, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute as well as carrying a firearm during drug trafficking crimes. He also faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office investigated this case, which is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Flynn.
Juan Martin Guadalupe Flores-Hernandez, 37, identified as a Mexican national, has been indicted for unlawful reentry into the United States after previous removals in August 2006 and 2014. Homeland Security Investigations handled the investigation; Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Buscemi is prosecuting.
Gregory Allen Giffin, 43, described as transient and a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, is charged with arson in Indian Country for allegedly setting fire to an occupied hotel room and endangering occupants’ lives. The ATF and Tulsa Police Department led the investigation with help from Tulsa Fire Department Fire Marshals; Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly is prosecuting.
Amber Renee Long, 35, from Tulsa, faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition following prior felony convictions. The FBI joined ATF and Tulsa Police Department in investigating this case; prosecution is by Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Kelly.
Steven Roberto Pineda Amaya, 29, identified as a Honduran national, has been indicted for unlawful reentry into the United States after removals in August 2019 and February 2020. Homeland Security Investigations was responsible for this investigation; Assistant U.S. Attorney Niko Boulieris will prosecute.
Jose Humberto Sandoval Contreras, 39-year-old Mexican national, has been charged with unlawful reentry after removal from the United States in December 2024. Homeland Security Investigations led this case; Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly will handle prosecution.
Tearrow Sharnel Scott, age 49 from Tulsa, has been indicted for possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute following an investigation by DEA’s Tulsa Resident Office along with Muscogee Creek Nation Lighthorse Police Department; prosecution will be led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam Bailey.
“The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence,” stated Johnson.
