United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the indictments returned by the March 2026-A session of the federal grand jury. The indictments charge several individuals with violations of federal law. These charges are allegations and must be proven in court beyond a reasonable doubt, as all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Saul Flores-Sanchez, 27, a Mexican national, faces charges for unlawful reentry after being previously removed from the United States in November 2017 and January 2023. Homeland Security Investigations conducted the investigation, and Assistant U.S. Attorney William Dill is prosecuting the case.

Ashley Lineth Godoy Lopez, 22, a Honduran national, and Angel Gabriel Malvaez Alvarez, 21, a Mexican national, have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office led the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Niko Boulieris is handling prosecution.

Luis Alberto Lopez-Quiroz, 45, also a Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry following his removal from the United States in May 2010. Homeland Security Investigations investigated this case as well, with Assistant U.S. Attorney William Dill prosecuting.

Christopher Joel Velasco, 36, of Tulsa, is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of minors under age 12 and three counts of abusive sexual contact with minors under age 12 in Indian Country. According to prosecutors, Velasco allegedly engaged in sexual acts and caused sexual contact with three separate minor children under twelve years old. The FBI investigated these allegations; Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephanie Ihler is prosecuting.

Rodrigo Yepez-Balderas, 30, of Tulsa, and Ana Fabiola Solis-Padilla, 39, a Mexican national, are accused of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine between August 2025 and February 2026. Solis-Padilla also faces charges for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Both defendants are additionally charged with maintaining residences used for drug distribution purposes. The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office worked alongside the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and Tulsa Police Department on this case; Assistant U.S. Attorney David Nasar is prosecuting.

“The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence,” stated United States Attorney Clint Johnson.
