United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the outcomes of the June Federal Grand Jury 2025-A indictments. These indictments serve as formal accusations against individuals charged with violating federal law, requiring proof beyond a reasonable doubt in court to overcome their presumption of innocence.

Mitchell Lee Keene, 63, from Rose, is accused of escaping federal custody by leaving the Turley Residential Center without authorization. The U.S. Marshal Service conducted the investigation, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Greenough is prosecuting the case (25-CR-186).

Jose Gledin Ramires-Lopez, 28, a Honduran national, faces charges for unlawfully reentering the United States after his removal in August 2018. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office led the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Valeria Luster is handling prosecution (25-CR-195).

Jose Luis Rodriguez Cornejo, 43, a Mexican national, is charged with possessing over 500 grams of cocaine and more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute them. He also faces charges for maintaining a drug-involved premises and unlawful reentry after being removed in February 2001. The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office and Tulsa Police Department are investigating this case, prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam McConney (25-CR-187).

A group comprising Odell Carl Stokes (49), Arthur Lee Hudgens Jr. (46), Roderick Dale Favors (43), and Cornelius James Artis (44) from Tulsa are charged with conspiring to distribute methamphetamine between October 2024 and May 2025. They face additional charges related to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine distribution allegations against Stokes individually. The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office collaborates with local law enforcement agencies on this case under Assistant U.S. Attorney David Nasar’s prosecution (25-CR-188).
