A Collinsville man, Brady Cort Dozier, 22, was sentenced to 240 months in prison for crimes related to child pornography. U.S. District Judge Eric F. Melgren handed down the sentence, which includes a lifetime of supervised release and mandatory registration as a sex offender upon his release. Dozier was also ordered to pay $63,000 in restitution to his victims.
In 2022, Dozier exploited a 10-year-old minor by recording sexually explicit conduct using a cellphone. He admitted to distributing and possessing over 3,700 files of child pornography, some depicting extreme violence against infants and toddlers. The Child Victim Identification Program identified more than 35 victims during the investigation.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children assisted with the case by providing support to affected families. They offer crisis intervention and referrals for long-term support.
Dozier will remain in custody until he is transferred to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly prosecuting the case.
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through collaboration among federal, state, and local resources.
