A Bixby tattoo artist has been charged with six counts of sexual contact in Indian Country, according to a criminal complaint unsealed in Tulsa.

Austin Wayne Haley, 30, appeared in court following allegations that he engaged in unwanted sexual contact with six women while providing tattoo services. Court documents state that from fall 2024 through December 2025, each woman scheduled a tattoo session with Haley at either his home or studio. During the sessions, it is alleged that Haley placed his bare penis on the victims’ bodies and ejaculated on some of them.

Haley is identified as a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

The investigation is being conducted by the FBI and the Bixby Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stacey Todd is prosecuting the case.

Officials noted that “a criminal complaint is merely an allegation. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
